This division has technologically advanced processes for protective coating such as hard chrome plating, nickel plating, electro-less nickel plating and spraying processes like high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) used for spraying carbides, tungsten carbide and various alloys.

 

Electroplating

The plating section is equipped with processes like hard chrome plating for items like hydraulic rams and pump shafts. Nickel plating is done for corrosive components like dredger shafts or rams and cutter shafts. Other processes are electro-less nickel, cadmium and brush plating.

Thermal Spray

The thermal spray coating section carries out processes like HVOF for spraying materials such as tungsten carbide, ceramic carbides, nickel and other alloys. We also carry out thermal spraying process as twin wire arc, plasma and powder metal spray.
