Industrial Repairs

Gears and mechanical components are manufactured or repaired by us, such as special components for marine, oil and drilling industries, manufacturing of dredger parts under license from IHC Holland, crusher parts and re-babbiting of bearings. Heavy machining is performed on machines like Vertical Turret Lathes, Horizontal Boring, Vertical Boring, Honing and Crankshaft Grinding on one of the biggest grinding machines in the UAE.

We can manufacture and repair various types of gears of different sizes and materials on hobbing machines and the grind them to the required profile.

We can undertake in-situ line boring, facing, grinding, metal stitching and welding. Repairs for engine block line, gearbox housings, winch drum, and many other items are carried out at our facility.

Our light machining section manufactures and repairs mechanical parts like impellers, sleeves, gearbox covers, hydraulic jacks and sub-assemblies.

Heavy machining for large dredger covers, cutter shafts, Caterpillar dozer arms, crusher shafts, housings and other large critical industrial parts. We can also perform grinding of crankshaft pins and honing of liners.
