	The casting facility adopts sand casting procedures to carry out castings for ferrous and non ferrous (bronze alloys and aluminium) materials. It has the capacity to carry out castings up to 3.5 tons weight single piece steel castings. The complementary heat treatment plant provides facilities for liquid nitriding, carburizing, annealing, tempering, post weld heat treatment and induction hardening for its castings and manufactured parts to enhance mechanical properties. The electroplating unit is able to offer hard chrome plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, electro-less nickel plating and copper plating. Rainbow combined with its sister concerns has the capacity to provide an un-matched range of services to all its customers, thus making it a one stop shop for all your engineering needs.
